• Will you be selling the DART to customers outside of North America?

    At the moment due to regulatory reasons we are not allowed to sell directly to other countries. We do however provide warranty support as long as we have parts in stock. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. More details are here: International support.

  • Can I use the DART in other countries that have different line voltages?

    Yes. The DART can be used anywhere in the world. If you are traveling outside of the country where you purchased your DART, you may need a plug adapter in order to plug into local AC outlets.

  • Does the DART meet all applicable EMI regulations?

    Yes. The DART meets FCC Part 15 Class B EMI requirements for North America plus all international EMI requirements for a laptop charger.

  • Is the DART safe to use when it is not made by my laptop manufacturer?

    Yes. The DART has gone through rigorous UL safety certification. It has over-voltage protection, short circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and is output current limited to ensure the safety of its users. Product packaging displays all certification logos.

  • What is your Return Policy and Product Warranty Policy?

    FINsix provides all our direct purchase customers with a satisfaction guarantee that if you are not satisfied with your DART we will refund your money. You need to contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your DART by submitting a Support Ticket. Our support representatives will provide instructions on how to obtain a return authorization so you may return your DART for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses.  

    Our DART family comes with a 2-to-3 year warranty program. If your DART has failed under normal usage, we will at our discretion and as long as parts are in stock, send you a replacement unit.

    If you purchased your DART from a 3rd party retailer and not from us directly, please contact them for their return policy and procedures.

    Warranty is void if: 1) Proof of purchase from an authorized source is missing, 2) Purchase was from unauthorized sources such as 3rd party sellers on ebay, amazon, etc., and 3) If the failure is deemed to have occurred outside of normal usage guidelines.

    We no longer require registration of your DART.

    The policy as stated in this web page supersedes any previously printed policy.

     

  • What is your Tip Guarantee program about?

    DART comes with a bag of removable tips that fit most 65W non-usb-c laptops. If none of the included tips fit, FINsix has several other tips that may work for you, which you can order from our online store while supplies are in stock.

    (If your laptop is not found here, you can email support@finsix.com the model number details and if possible, a pic of your original oem laptop charger power connector for verification)

    NOTE 1: DART-C/USB-C cables are a separate product and cannot be provided as an optional tip for the original DART cable.

    NOTE 2: Shipping/handling is not free, we pass along the post office rates.

    NOTE 3: For some specialty tip orders we may ask for original proof of purchase of DARTs, especially for orders for multiple items. Orders will be cancelled if insufficient or zero response is received in a timely manner, to our queries.
