You need to contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your DART by submitting a Support Ticket. Our support representatives will provide instructions on how to obtain a return authorization so you may return your DART for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping expense. If you purchased your DART from another retailer please contact them for their return policy and procedures.
Our DART family comes with a 2-to-3 year warranty program. If your DART has failed under normal usage, we will send you a replacement unit.
